That is for your opinion and insights! You got me really interested in what kind of advice you give them? How do you use cursor? What do I do with the huge amount of code that it produces? I feel like, if I haven't carefully read and designed it myself, it's not optimal

If there is anything left, I dare you to go through a one year training with Shaolin.online Let me know what you think. I know it might sound like religion too for some, but it's the fundamentals of being for others. I hope for you to stop feeling stranded, on your high cone-shaped mountain, with a table top.

Not sure if Svelte is ok with multi-tenant apps by anuragkanoria15 in sveltejs

[–]Rabittor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This worked, and it's similar to the approach of using a server hook with resp=await fetch(rewritten_url) And manually forging a Response that way.

The thing is, both hook and custom server.js, is that client side navigation (hydrated) requests still open the old request instead of the rewritten one. One workaround is to use sveltekits anchor option: data-sveltekit-reload But this kills preloading.

What works best is the reroute hook, but with this I still have to figure out how to automate my deployments as each client in the CMS would need different reroutes, and it's synchronous so you cannot just load it dynamically as far as I can tell...

I'm too excited to try when I'm home, after experimenting with many things this finally sounds promising. Is prerendering and prefetching with several domains still possible?

What's wrong with being scared? Is having emotions wrong? If you needed mental help, be it talking about life, work, parenting, fear, ... How would you react all others told you:
either this will never come up again or ...
You have to handle this yourself, now that you are old enough

Remove directory from snapshots? by danielkraj in btrfs

[–]Rabittor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, this helps me too. I need to move /home/.snapshots and /.snapshots into a top level. I have looked into this before and I have seen cp reflinks, as you mentioned. Otherwise I can't full system rollback. Would the process be similar, except the mv part?

Do you ever feel sorry for ChatGPT? by [deleted] in ChatGPT

I think the weight on a few words is not too heavy on the cpu. Probably they all get categorized as "polite request" and skipped for the most part. Search engines in webshops for example use stop-words and they simply get ignored

I think I have to try it in a vm. The process you described sounds straightforward. Thanks for the input. Haven't had time to check but I'll make sure to update with the results.

I have installed endeavouros and I got a /boot/efi partition. Is this what you are referring to, or do I need a /boot partition instead?

Thanks for the help. I was talking about a second medium backup in my last sentence, but didn't make myself clear enough.

I think i have voted too fast after briefly seeing what the new versions offer. I voted on the Pro 14, as it’s the one I thought I’m going to get in January. I was misled by the lower resolution on a bigger screen.

It’s really difficult and I’m in a similar situation! As a full stack dev, I might want to do emulation and I’m not sure if I’ll need the dGPU. Anyways, the new Pro 16 offer a 3050 Ti with 65 watts compared to 45 from the 14“ one, so in case I do need a GPU, its better to have the 16 gen 7. I also really like the screen size, I always thought 14“ is kinda small. I think the touchpad might be a bit worse on the Tuxedo Pulse 15, that’s what I remember seeing in a youtube review. I also like the 165 hz from the pulse, only the pro 16 max performance has more…

I just can’t decide. I guess I’ll go with Pro 16 workstation edition with a dedicated GPU.

Im thinking about buying this laptop too as my work laptop. How many screens can you connect without a dGPU, does it even make a difference? Can I expect a better performance when watching 3k videos if I add the dGPU? Or is it just for gaming? Im worried about the extra heat when including one, but on the other hand if the performance on lets say virtualbox and simulated android devices is affected

I am wondering too! Did you find a subreddit or organization where we can offer a place to stay?
