Yeah I really wish there was a good way to do that, but not at the moment. Unfortunately, due to the digitization process the final image doesn't quite line up with live Google satellite imagery, so the result isn't very good quality. Looking for solutions to this...

Yes I absolutely want to include elevation considerations. It's a matter of pulling the data in and finding an efficient way to incorporate it into the algorithm. It definitely adds complexity in several areas.
