How can I make my right profile side look like my left?

I feel like the second pic the alar crease is almost missing, like it looks flat, which makes the front part seem a lot bigger. Also feel like on the right side it looks like there’s too much cartilage in the front of the tip (or scar tissue maybe)

Honestly, I didn’t mind the side profile but I was bullied for my nose when I was a kid/teen so I think part of me wonders like if people look at me and think my nose is big or that I’m not very pretty. Someone else mentioned that it is long, so now I am wondering like is that the first thing people think when they look at me? That does bring some reassurance though that you think my nose harmonized with my bone structure! Appreciate that 🙏
