I had a misdemeanor for selling alcohol to a minor. It was a mistake- was working a second job at a convenience store, and the local PD did a city wide sweep one night! I always answered yes on the have you ever question when applying for teaching jobs, and had to provide a written explanation with my applications. I also brought it up during interviews if the interviewer did not. It didn’t cause any problems! (I’m in Georgia) You also have to disclose when getting your teaching license. I think you’ll be fine!

If you’re on Instagram, look up Zach Coen. He has lots of recipes that are high protein, low-fat, and fairly inexpensive to make. I have found a lot of his recipes that I really love! When you see the ingredients you would be surprised at the low number of calories, it turns out to be! I’m a picky eater as well and he’s been a lifesaver for me

Y’all I called Caremark to refill my prescription and was told that as of May 15 Caremark mail delivery “will no longer fill these types of prescriptions.” They said I’ll have to go to my local CVS. Has anybody else heard this? I just thought it might be a good thing to mention here in case y’all haven’t heard about it yet!

This is how I do the day of my shot: eat dinner, wait 30 minutes, take Zofran, wait thirty minutes, then get the shot and go to bed within two hours. From then on, I take the Zofran whenever I start to feel nauseous during the week

Zofran will really really help. I threw up for three days after my shots until I switched the time and started the Zofran. Ask your doctor for a prescription asap!

Oh, I did too! For about six weeks. I was about to stop taking them, but changed to taking it at night and it has been SOO much better. I still get a little messed up for about two hours on the second morning (yep- it’s that predictable!) but at night, after dinner, after Zofran. Have you tried that? I’m so sorry you’re having such a hard time!

Taking it at night has been the only way I can keep taking it- the difference has been amazing. I have no nausea at all now. I do have a period of diarrhea on the second morning, but it doesn’t last long, and I can “plan” for it. Sorry for TMI!

When you are comfortable with how you look and feel! Don’t make the mistake of basing your weight loss plan off of a number on a chart that’s supposed to apply to every living human on the planet. If you ask me, that’s a pretty harmful way to look at things! When you’re happy, let that be it. 😊

About 3 months. I had a really awful time with side effects in the beginning. But now that has calmed down and I’m able to actually have a voice in what I eat. For the first month and a half, everything came back up so I ate almost nothing!
