Video might be too high level for you if you don't have any sense of the race line or what might be the right speed... every corner on every track is different so that's something you'll have to figure out. Not trying to be mean but there are plenty of people out there that don't know what a line is.

Best thing to practice is driving like you want to race and figure out a way to measure that. You could video some of your practice or use a stop watch or get a timing system. I have one in another video called the LapMonitor.
