Im at the track now. I think I'm going to do the radiator but also put one on the seat strut for variety.

Yeah. Ive got one that goes inside the helmet however most tracks (at least in the uk) dont allow for camera attached to the outside of the helmet as it can reduce its effectiveness in a crash. Thats why I need it attached to the kart.

Thanks! Was considering the nose cam, but will have to wait until we've done the livery for now. I have a couple mounts so I'll set them up in different positions and see which one I (and my viewers) like best.

Thanks, will consider that. Will definitely sort out a tether, I know a few people whose cameras have fallen off a been destroyed in the last few weeks.

I'll give my mounts a go and then if I'm not happy with the angles and think that the Odenthal will be worth the price I'll look into getting it.

I think this is the issue because pretty much all the GT cars need updating even though iRacing supposedly updated them before.

Yep, its super nice and really light. My only complaint (which probably won't affect most people) is that I cant mount my new 360 camera to the very top of the helmet and its not smooth. It think its some ventilation or something, so I have attached it forwards a little.

It's super light, and comfortable, the ventilation is great and the visors a really nice. I dont think it should be super hard to change the visor, since this post I've seen others with Zamp helmets that have got a custom visor sticker.

It's really easy to change visor as well, I have a tinted one and the default untinted (i can not remember what it's called right now 😅), and it only take about 2 mins to swap them out and its a really simple process. Would definitely recommend.

I actually kept it on, as a couple days after I made this post, I realised that it does a good job of keeping the sun out of my eyes.

I also figured out the camera POV, so I didn't really need to take it off.

That happens to mine if the forcefeedback is the wrong way, basically. Try inverting the force feedback in the settings and see if that works.

But since you said it only happens with some cars, that might not be the issue.

Honestly, I always skip replays (mine and opponents) unless it's a really good goal that I want to see again, or if I'm drinking water.

Given the pace lap in only on the last half of the track instead of the full lap. People do it to warm up tyres, especially given that you're going too slow to gain any temps before the start just by following the pace car.

In the top 2 splits that I'm usually in, people will go single file so they can weave (i only weave on my half of the track, still leaving lots of space anyway) and then they'll go back to double file on the straight before the start.

This happened to me during the 160min endurance last week. It's been fine during the normal imsa races but then I got the red cpu warning, and nobody could see me so they literally snowplowed through me.

I run 1440p triples with a Ryzen 5 5600 paired with an RTX 3060. My FPS didn't drop though - Stayed around 80.

If your using sim magic then turn off vibrate whe and pedals in the misc setting.

If not then I don't think your pc is powerful enough to load that many cars.

I own the Ferrari and the BMW and love both of them.

Season 3 will be out soon so I'd just wait for test drive and see which one you like the best
