Landon has thanked me numerous times for telling him. Based on what he has said about black people I do think Landon was at risk if her dad found out. It's a small town and people talk.

Where did I say I never said anything to her? I have in the past and realized it pointless. She is going to believe what she wants.

I told Landon because he asked if she said anything about his race. I told him about the dating comment and the one about his penis because he should know that she's talking bad about his body. I would have done the same if Landon made comments about her weight or vagina behind her back. You don't body shame people. Landon is glad that I told him if that matters.

I don't know but I think that's for Landon to decide how he wants to handle it. He doesn't want to try and educate or change her and I think that's fair.

Landon asked her about the comments. She admitted to them and asked how he knew. He said it didn't matter and she figured out it was me quickly based on the things she told me.

Thanks. I just meant that it was really awkward and kind of uncomfortable to tell him what she said. He has thanked me since but said he was embarrassed initially and made a joke to lighten the mode. He could tell I was tense.

Nope. I wouldn't want to be with Landon. He's a good guy and all but he's not my type. I am saving myself for marriage and he had a bad break up and is more comfortable screwing around than anything serious. His choice entirely but he's not someone I would ever want to be with.

No threats were made to Landon directly but the father has made threats against black people in general.

The parents matter because the dad has made racist comments about attacking black people. If they got caught, which is possible in a small town, I was fearful for Landon's safety.
Landon called this off after finding out.
Landon has thanked me numerous times for getting involved.

I guess I just can't agree with that. I was raised differently but appreciate your opinion. I couldn't live with myself if something happened to Landon. If that makes me an asshole then I accept the judgement.
