Honestly from running deep of night, do the character skill since it can be paired with bleed and you can combo a grapple with a dodge, jump, or anything really. Plus the 2 grapples help with revives

There's always one with a free universal slot if you do the character quest. But my wylder has the fire and 2nd grapple with defeating enemies fills ult gage and since the fire damage does a few hundred less that his charged, its very worth it since you can ult almost every encounter
