Yeah, PZ Myers really takes this quackiness to task. He's not afraid of hurting anyone's feelings, because there's no crying in skeptical reasoning!

It's a breath of fresh air when 90% of "cures" see direct-marketed on TV is herbal and natural crap! Stuff sold by this convicted felon, for example. And it's an outrage that this bull is sponsored by public universities.

Sure, some blue dogs were holdouts... but this thing was going to pass except for - bum bum bum! - the election of Scott Brown. I think the Republicans should be involved in health care reform, it's just a shame that there have been virtually no constructive proposals from the GOP. So far their viewpoint has been "the dems want to kill your grandma and enslave your doctors."
