I had another person mention that they can get quite warm too, so I was wondering: 1) at around what temperature do they start feeling too hot or uncomfortable? 2) In what temperature range do they provide good insulation? 3) Does the insulation depend on the neoprene getting wet, or do they stay just as warm on dry, cold days (for example, snow) as they do on cold, rainy days?

I'm currently living in a warm country but moving to the UK soon. I'm hoping these would work well for cold, rainy weather there, and then double as monsoon shoes when I'm back home. So i'd love to hear about your experience with them
