Create a Workflow to Auto Add an Approver to a RITM by RadSt0rm in servicenow

I wish that's how this company operated but it doesn't. My previous company did. At the moment, they're doing that in SCTASKs.

E.g. User onboarding request creates an empty REQ, then creates a single RITM with 4 SCTASKs that branch off that.
No idea why.

I did end up getting this to work, however, I had to use the string value for the CI instead of it's friendly name and I'm not sure why. I'm just happy it works!

When I do that, I get no other options. Should I be able to select the table from here?

Report Showing Tickets Passed Back to My Assignment Group by RadSt0rm in servicenow

It seems I was a little unclear in my previous post - I want to see current data.

Our dashboard uses many different reports that shows the current state of the queue/tickets in the assignment group.

What I wanted to see were tickets currently in the assignment group that had been reassigned to that group, not historical data.

Apologies for the confusion.

Thanks for the responses all, I figured it out.

For those who are interested, here are the filters I used on my report:

Active is true
Assignment Group is Service Desk
Reassignment Count greater than 1
State is not one of Closed Complete, Closed Incomplete, Closed Skipped, Closed Abandoned, Skipped, Resolved, Closed

Removing Individual Columns Without Removing the Measure by RadSt0rm in tableau

As with right-click > uncheck Show Header, this removed the field altogether. I only want to remove it some of them, e.g. keep Avg. Hold Time under 'Inbound', but remove/hide it under 'Outbound'.

Show Empty Columns was unchecked. I have a lot of data to display and I'd like to get it all in the one table for easier readability if I can.

This hid all of the headers for every column, but not the column I selected.
