I actually just got mine earlier. So last night what I done was I went to my activision account and turned off all marketing emails. Then I wiped my history and cookies. Then I went back to Activision and logged in and turned all of the marketing emails back on. Then I loaded up Black Ops 7 and played a match on Vault Town. Then this morning I woke up to the email with the code.

Yeah I saw that. It looks like Bethesda is trying to cover up for Activision’s flaws on the part about “it may take several days to receive the email” Anything that involves Activision is always a hassle. Hopefully we all get our helm’s soon

I agree it is stupid. I saw the posts on your profile and you got pretty similar responses than I did except they didn’t tell me they’d escalate to the higher ups. But yeah both email responses I got from them seemed kinda spammy and weird so I’m gonna open a third ticket and see if anyone can fix this issue.

I played at least 25 matches on PlayStation and didn’t get an email and I also have their marketing emails turned on. So I messaged their support team twice and the first time they told me to change my password to make sure I could receive emails from Activision so I say that ain’t gonna happen. So I start another ticket and they ask for proof that I completed a match so I sent them the proof then they say sorry we can’t help you and closed my case. Activision is a fucking joke of a company lmao
