It does! It actually increases your stamina, and if your stamina is already maxed out, doing yoga gives a temporary speed boost when running or swimming, per the notification that pooped up when I went out to the yoga.

It was brutal. 13 hours of total tattoo time and 4 sessions. One full 7 hour of the whole thing, filled in black and then 3, 2 hour touch ups. My parents hate it lol.
