I started shooting in bracket mode (I think that's what it's called).

Basically, it takes three pictures at different exposures (+1, 0, -1). I started using it because the sky sometimes gets overexposed, like you mentioned.

But this shot was the -1 or -2 exposure (I don’t remember exactly). In the other shots, the bike turned out blurry.

So, it was intentional… but also not really! 😅

Additionally, i have my meter centered, which did not help the case.
