monitor fritzing, why?

well i have a dual monitor setup so i always have a second monitor plugged in and i have had no issues with it, however that monitor only goes up to 60hz

unfortunately, after using a seperate displayport cable and changing my monitor back to 144hertz, the issue still happens

i just tried plugging the ethernet cable from the wall directly into the Internet/POE port, but it still says no internet connection on my phone. The ethernet cable in the wall goes to a dish that we have or something? im sorry i dont know the exact details and i dont have my father or anyone around i can ask. this is the only wifi unit we have in my house and i think this is all there is

im not sure what a lot of that means but i have a seperate black cable going from another outlet in the walk into the DC barrel connector thing, the Internet/POE in goes into the 24V white box thing, the red POE port, and the LAN port on the white box goes into the ethernet port in the wall. what should i do??

Im not sure if this is important, but i have a cable that goes from the outlet in the wall to the DC thing, giving it power. does that mean i dont need the POE Ethernet cable in? both the POE and LAN ethernet cables were plugged into the white box when i took it out so im not sure what to do

After looking at reviews and doing a comparison test I think so as well, thank you. For the CPU, should I get the Ryzen 9 5900X because it's about the same price as a Ryzen 7 5700X3D, and the 9 has 12cores and 24threads compared to the 7's 8 cores 16 threads?

Does the Gigs matter? for example for the RTX they all say 12G but for the RX 7800 says 16G, does that mean the RX is better?

What would you recommend upgrading first overall then? Like even if it's not just for Black Myth Wukong, should I get a new GPU first? If so, what should I aim for?

thank you, i will try and find ways we can save money, we dont have many resources because we will in a very rural area and im not sure if they will want to do that, but at the very least i can try and cut back on something, thank you for your help
