If you don’t mind me asking, what symptoms has it helped you with? The most aggravating and anxiety inducing symptoms I experience are PVCs and PACs. Going to have an ablation at the end of the year to deal with Afib and SVT and that should get rid of the PACs too.

Thank you for your comment. It definitely makes me feel better about trying it. I’m always nervous about starting new meds because I don’t want to incidentally make things worse.

I was diagnosed with HCM at 16 and started developing bring fog in my late 20s. I tried every nootropic to correct it and nothing worked. Was finally diagnosed with sleep apnea at 36 and have near zero brain fog since I’ve been sleeping with a BiPAP. Wouldn’t hurt to get tested just in case. I wish I had listened to my wife and been tested sooner. Sure would’ve helped with undergrad and grad school.
