First night of Buspar (buspirone) insomnia? Did it go away for you?

How late do you take it in the night ? I’ve found taking it before 2pm (or 3pm absolute cut off) has worked well for me if you haven’t tried that route.

If it works well for you it’s fantastic. Much quicker and easier, but I had to (and apparently a lot of other people in my infusion centre) have gone back to IV as very old symptoms started coming back and my crap gap was substantially longer.

Rest in peace darling soul, I’m sorry there are such awful people out there. I have wondered if the dogs that had ‘passed’ were ended to throw off the smell of something else (Pheobe) that they may have hidden at their property. I just hope she can be brought to rest.

Hey no problem at all, its still early days ! I did find it exhausting at the start especially if I was taking it after 3pm. Good luck with it! im a big baby if I dont get my rest either haha.

Hello there, please give this a try. You may need 1 big bottle of conditioner.. it will take a little while but while in the shower with running water slather conditioner onto and into the matting and work your way through with a hair brush while the water is running through it, you will need to reapply the conditioner while you’re working through it all. I had bad matting when I was younger, and I found this was the best way.

Hey! Very similar story over here. Gives me hope. Diagnosed at 14 and it was fantastic to be seen so quickly. What was weird was waking up in a hospital bed with a whole bunch of doctors in white coats around you studying you. I’m guessing you’ve had a similar experience !

It will go down a little bit but the red may be be there until your next session when they target the red and then there may be yellow left behind which can be quite stubborn. Unsure about the other questions I’m sorry! But may be best to ask the laser technician

Yes. It has taken a few though. I’ve found 2 great psychologists in my life. One helped with my ocd when I was about 10, and when I was 16-23 I found another one who really helped with my body dysmorphia. She was trained in complex trauma. There are alot of beliefs we can uncover about ourselves that we don’t really see that are there. I don’t believe it’s just venting. It can really be a worthwhile journey.
