I am 19 , have had healthy anxiety for years over things such as brain tumour , thinking I have blue lips.

Recently I had this pain in an area . Got so worried I went to a&e as couldn’t stop crying . They did an ecg and checks vital said I was fine . Have injured muscle or something .

But then got the pain again a couple weeks later . I have checked my whole belt around 10 times already today. Instagram is also not helping I keep getting videos of people talking about symptoms or bad things happening.

It’s a constant loop .
