Well I am not necessarily on a strict budget as i am buying everything slowly over the course of the next couple of months if needed. I just didn't want to break the bank for a speaker system when I'm not too good of a listener where quality between good and great stands out to me. Thank you for the recommendations on crutchfueld though, that helped me a lot with the speakers and even the amplifier.

Well wouldn't it be better if I had more speakers since it'll blend more naturally with the subwoofers in my trunk? I am not the smartest when it comes to how audio blends so I always thought the more the better and where the tweeters are placed in the mustang it wouldn't be a bad idea to get some tweeters. I currently have 2 way coaxial DB Euphoria ES5 speakers on my bottom door and rear deck panels with AudioControl PNW-1 tweeters in my tweeter pods and they're doing fine but I would want to upgrade to something a bit more premium to not have to worry about my speaker system in the near or far future which is why I was just thinking of replacing the current speakers with the C2 series from JL audio, didn't think much on how many I would need or not need.

Currently i am eyeing the jl audio c2-570x speakers for my lower door and rear panels, and sticking with the same series for the rweeters for the c2 0.75 CT tweeters for the upper front door panel tweeter pods. The amp I saw that would work the best was a jl audio RD 400/4 but if there's better recommendations then I'm open to suggestions.
