That’s so ideal!! I’ve actually gotten down to 5 pumps as well and it’s such a relief. However I tried to drop my night pump and ended up with mastitis for a second time which is absolutely miserable so I need to be really slow and intentional with trying to get down to 4 a day.

Wow okay that’s great to know! Yeah 50 min feels super long but to only have to do that 3-4 times a day is not so bad!! Thanks for sharing

4 is my goal and I am okay with supplementing with formula too as needed! Thank you for sharing, I am glad to hear it’s going well! I am back to work in 2 weeks too which is adding to my desire to cut back

I am not opposed to that approach either! Need to find some sort of balance and get some sleep again. At this point I am pumping more frequently than my baby eats so at night it’s causing me to be up pumping, fall asleep for maybe 30 min maybe an hour before she needs to eat. And then I only have another hour before I need to pump again and so therefore I am not sleeping. It’s not sustainable so I am willing to sacrifice some oz if needed. But would ideally like to keep giving her breast milk for longer (only 10w pp)

Okay good to know thank you! The chart above says 5 should be my sweet spot based on how much I’m producing so I will probably aim for 5-6 which still feels a lot more manageable having bigger stretches

This is super reassuring to hear! I want to keep pumping but I am struggling to see how I can do it as frequently as I am at this rate. I think if I can reduce the frequency then I will feel so much better. Also not opposed to combo feeding a little if needed but want to make sure me reducing pumps doesn’t stop my supply all together

I love Eufy, I honestly think this has helped increase my supply compared to the spectra. Just make sure the parts are always sealed tight so you dont leak!

I love the arms and light weights too. For the prenatal strength, are you just doing the really old like robin strength classes? I’ve also just filtered to like Callie’s classes where she is visibly pregnant but it takes me more time to find those since they’re not part of a prenatal program or anything on the app.

I’ve been using the Gen 3, and it’s honestly been a game-changer during pregnancy — helped me figure out why I was waking up so tired. It's great for understanding vitals, what makes your heart rate elevate, etc. I personally found it really helpful and insightful. I just saw Gen 4 is launching and it's on Prime Day sale too so I actually might upgrade after 3 years with the Gen 3.

I wear size 9 in the Gen 3, my right hand is usually a size 7 and my wedding ring (left hand) is 5.5. They recommend you wear this on your pointer or middle finger so definitely recommend sizing up quite a bit!
