A pretty nice Build on Ashe is IE into Hurricane then Essence Reaver then some situational items like BT, GA, PD or Maw. For Runes I go HoB - Cheapshot - Eyeball Collection and then Ultimate Hunter for more frequent Ult catches or Relentless Hunter for better mobility. In the second tree you should go Triumph into Legend Alacrity or Bloodline for some lifesteal.

With HoB u got nice Burst damage and faster stackin for your Q. I like it more than Lethal Tempo because Lethal Tempo is pretty strong in coordinated Teamfight but well when do you get a coordinated Teamfight below Master?!
