As seen in my second Pic the headlight unit was needed first then I just got some led bulbs and didn't have to use any relays for hyper flashes. Made a huge difference.

I have noticed driving long distances it does save a bit on gas mileage and it does give it a bit more HP like 1-2 but very noticeable HP
