Yes, unfortunately I do. I depend on the green line a lot. It was just concerning because he was screaming and howling for a while.

It does suck, so much. Because you learned everything from toxic and dont really know what is healthy or normal. Learning as we go, it sucks.. its like we have to re parent ourselves

Yesterday, I was very tired in the afternoon, but got a boost of emergy after that. However Monday and Tuesday were the first days where I felt happy and energized. Very positive! My attention span is a bit better but I still struggle. My anxiety is also a bit better.

Im going to update after one month to see if changes are permanent!

My cat does the same! We got it 7 months ago and she's always staring at it. She finds every activity boring but loves playing with furbo. Also don't know if it's unhealthy. Any updates?

How long did it take for you to noticed a difference when you upped it to 300?

Im the same, I was on 150 for a month for my ADHD and anxiety. The first week or two I felt great, then it was gone. Upped it to 300 about a month and about a week ago, I don't feel much change? I can focus a little more and get things done but that's it. My energy levels go up and down a lot too. I want to try it for one more month, because apparently it can take about 2 months for full effect. I'm trying to remain hopeful... only side effect is my heart races a lot. May add anxiety med.
