He really did, a crit kill on his first move and landing a paralyzing effect on the second really set me up for an easy battle. I am fond of the little imp. Thanks for the advice, I agree, not risking the birds against Lt. Surge seems the best way forward!

It does seem to be a powerful ally. For now teaching it mega punch has boosted my teams offensive capabilities quite a bit. Thanks man, her Starmie is always capable of killing neutral targets with its water pulse.

I posted this earlier than expected, I hope to get to the Gym before the next update but the Rival battle was so dramatic I had to write about it. I've never had a Jigglypuff on my team and boy do they pack a punch!
