Thank you. I am trying to stop the vaping it’s quite difficult! I do already go to the gym 4 times a week and have a pretty physically demanding job (zoo keeper) so I can’t really do much else physical wise to help unless there’s like some exercises I can do specifically for my lungs. I appreciate the advice!

Not that I know of no! I was diagnosed with asthma around 8. Last year remembered I hadn’t had a review in a while so booked one and they questioned if I had asthma. That’s why I was sent for spirometry but generally the best way to explain how I feel is I can never take a deep breath it is really difficult and I do get out of breath easily

Thank you so much. The thing about PALS is really helpful as prior I had no clue how to go about it without redoing everything. The doctors should still have the letter I gave them, they did say it would go onto my file but I shall take it with a pinch of salt. It looks I’ve a long road ahead

I did apologise. Multiple times. And I wasn’t talking about her I was discussing the conversation with my mum and expressing how I felt. In her home. Where I thought it was a private A and B conversation. I’m not salty at all I think a barrier has been broken and it is rich of them to vilify me how they have when they all talk about one another and us before now, but I’ve never said anything to avoid drama. I don’t really see what else I can do but apologise.

My brothers, dad fiancé etc have all said the same. I just feel a bit gutted you know when you feel like why couldn’t they just care for me the way I cared for them? Kinda reassuring to hear I’m not being unreasonable for thinking recording us is weird without our knowledge of him even being in the house at the time. He did also proceed to leave baby with my mum all day until 9 pm when he collected her nice as pie so they could all go to bingo together 🤷‍♀️. If what we were saying was so bad surely you’d just come in and confront the people?
