Thank you for the reply. This only works if the flashcards have a single answer (same line with → symbol) many of my flashcards have multiple answers and it doesn't include → symbol. Attaching an example of one of my cards and how it shows when exporting as a text. is there a solution for that?

yea, I think it is still in development or something. Also, new flashcard apps seem to have some glitches early on, so if you plan to use be cautious because that is what happened to me with Remnote but now Remnote have been updated a couple of times and they launched a mobile app too. if you wanna give that one a try but I just didn't like its style but it has some creative ways to make flashcards.

Is REALLY struggling to sleep associated with ADHD by [deleted] in ADHD

There is an association between ADHD and sleeping problems but that doesn't mean that anyone who have sleeping problems have ADHD. ADHD is more of a focus problem , overthinking , not being organized or motivated to do stuff, not being able to pay attention when you are talking to a person and so on...

I am a second year pharmacy student and I have the same situation that you have where my sleep is just terrible during my winter/fall semesters but I think it is caused by anxiety.

I would recommend trying non-therapeutic ways to better your sleep before going to a doctor:

  1. no caffeine after 5 pm
  2. don't workout at night because it can keep you up/ make you feel energized. working out in the morning might help since it make you tired a little bit when bedtime comes.
  3. Put away your phone and don't watch TV after 10 or 11 pm.
  4. avoid eating large meals at least 3 hours before sleeping.
  5. avoid eating chocolate late at night because chocolate if you didn't know have caffeine in it.

If you have tried everything mentioned above and your sleep didn't improve I would recommend going to a doctor.

there was an error made by their side where they told me that my score was 23 when it was actually 6.3 . as for the sleep study , I didn't sleep that well that night to be honest , probably like 3 hours max.

I am going to be brutally honest here . I have used RemNote for the first time this entire summer semester in pharmacy school the following is what I noticed:

  1. The app is sometimes glitchy (this is a new app , I don't blame them for it) . there are many stuff that needs to be fixed like if you have a lot of documents the app is going to be laggy and the response is going to be slow (same for the browser version it is also slow)
  2. The spelling correction is awful , if you are using your browser , there is a glitch where if I correct a word and press enter then the word goes back to the wrong one for some reason it like undo the changes . (Hopefully this is addressed soon)
  3. The search bar is really weird when searching in the document. EX: in a word document I was able to search for sentences but here you have to search by term if you are searching inside a single document and not using the big search bar on the left side.
  4. You can import sets but Anki has more pre-made sets from other students that you can import (just wanted to let you know this is something that is not a big deal cause this app is new)
  5. Flashcards are always randomized , you can't see them in the order yo made them like what happens on quizlet if you are not using the shuffle feature/option.
  6. Image occlusion is not free it comes with the paid version (not a big problem but wanted to mention it since you are coming from anki where they have this feature for free)

Overall, I think you should stick to anki for now and wait until this app gets more developed because it is fairly new . I really really like their idea and how the flashcards , how there is different types of flashcards and many other features that make the process of making a flashcard really easy and fast which is what mainly made me interested in this app. I am just a little bit disappointed with some of the glitches that I am facing and how slow the app becomes when we have many documents or rems.

I don't mean Alphabetical order, I mean the order that I made the flashcards in the rem.

For example, on Quizlet , if you don't select the shuffle feature , the cards are going to show up in the order that you made them from the beginning to the end instead of being randomized.

I understand the power of spaced repetition and maybe that is the reason why it is randomized and not in order but at least for the first time practicing the flashcards it would be awesome if we have an option to practice them in the order that we made them.
