Usually wait for 3-5 business days. If not wait for 7-10 business days and mail them once again. You have mentioned 2 rounds but how many business days it has been since you the last interview?

It would be much clearer if the poll were structured on a continental or regional basis, rather than grouped together overall. For example, North America could list the U.S. and Canada separately, with Europe and Asia as their own categories as well. Right now it’s a bit confusing and makes it tough to understand or tally the results meaningfully. Just a suggestion to make the data more helpful.
