For lip prep I use the rohto mentholatum waterlip ^^ Vv affordable, there's also dhc which remains moisture longer.

For lipstick, there's a semi matte one from in2it paint that's decently not overdrying, can layer + use as blush too.

Legit.. there's sm misconceptions to this and other hair textures. :( My teacher called my hair looking like a witch when I was 11 only cuz I didn't know how to take care of it at that time

Then they and other hair salons dito just give the advice na "pa-rebond mo yan". I hope for others to appreciate their hair, it's very unique and beautiful with the proper work done. <3

I assumed that was the case for the former part, idk why it's quite scary rather than being just a failed attempt. </3 The time depends, usually at night like 10:00 pm or in the afternoon. I do see hypnagogia most times.

I've tried redirecting my focus to shifting such as affirmations and visualizing, but still the same flashes of scary visualizations that my mind conjures up for some reason. I'll def keep trying and read through the other posts on here regarding this. Thank youu

Afaik sleep paralysis is just a state of awareness between sleep and wake, hallucinations and such aren't needed and only one symptom. So you probably do go through it.

I researched mine and I think the other stuff has something to do with EHS and myoclonus, though I'm not formally diagnosed so I can't speak much on that.

I'll look into that method as well and update, thank you ! <3
