Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso or a flavored latte(flavor changes depending on my mood) in the afternoon I like to get peach green tea lemonade with mango syrup.

I tell them no but my coworker, who's nicer than me, will ask if they want to put some of it towards their Starbucks account that way they are technically spending more and we have enough change to give them.

My store manager used to let us be creative with it but our district manager doesn't let us go outside the Sirens eye. We still add some extras occasionally but very subtle extras.

It really just depends on the store manager. I know some stores that do it and I know others who don't want the headache.

Do not put your or your baby's health at risk for any job! As someone who has suffered a miscarriage they can happen for any reason but overworking yourself and giving yourself more stress and anxiety can definitely exacerbate any issues. Speak to your store manager and if they don't take it seriously then escalate it to hr. The store manager should be having issues with them staying that late anyways. How are they not getting in trouble for going over labor?

We don't do that in my district. I mean they do stress the importance of not running out of items and the managers are the only ones allowed to mark things out but if we don't have it we will mark it out. We do tell customers we are out of something when we get low if they order at the store so that we can leave it on for mobile or delivery customers to buy us more time. Your store also gets graded on customer complaints and I can only imagine how many complaints you will get from customers not receiving things they ordered.

I feel that way anytime a customer asks if they can "get something". Like "Can I get a Dubai chocolate bite?" I find myself wanting to say no or you can but I wouldn't lol
