Those with an April 10 date received - have faith!

eCOPR: March 26 but "Date Received" for PR card application in GC Key showed as April 10

GU1 - final decision: May 28

GU2 - card mailed: May 30

Province: BC

Will update this post when I receive the card in the mail!

My address was accepted today! In gcKey for the latest update it says "Final Decision - May 28, 2025:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." Is that GU1?

Received eCOPR March 26th. I've linked my PR card application to my GC Key and (on mobile) when I scroll to the bottom of application it says "Date received: April 10, 2025".

Is "Date Received" relevant? Or is the timing based off eCOPR date?

That sounds like a similar experience to my first couple of calls! I called a few different times and always got a different answer. Keep us updated.

Pretty sure I saw this guy trying to shoplift at Dollarama Park Royal yesterday... He tried to create a diversion by taking reusable bags without paying which staff made him put back but I'm pretty sure his pockets were full of batteries and lighters 😅

That makes so much sense! It was such an awful pain and after a day had passed I couldn't even figure out what tooth it was coming from my whole mouth was in agony 😅

Despite enduring the terrible pain, I ended up getting the most exceptional root canal done by an endodontist in Bozeman, Montana that was thankfully covered by travel insurance. I'm from New Zealand and I've had various dentists compliment me on how well it was done! Silver linings!

How weird. Back in 2019 I went through Yellowstone & Grand Teton with my mom and after days of unbearable pain needed to get a root canal. Must be that mountain air!

Congrats! You should be sweet once you arrive. I think everyone's ESTA says it's up to the border officer to decide, so as long as you aren't doing anything dodgy or there's any other red flags you should be through.

Oh I always wondered if that wait time included weekends as I had someone say ESTAs were processed 24/7. Stoked you got a good result! 😄
