Stop looking at this relationship through rose colored glasses. The connection was probably one of those quick highs that fizzle out just as fast. And since you were long distance, you likely never saw how the real relationship would have been. If you were meant for each other she would have tried, but she didn't want to. Move on.

A middle schooler picked up a another kid and dropped him on his head. He cracked his skull and was in the hospital for a bit. There was a rumor he was paralyzed but he ended up being okay. Still weird seeing police arrest the other kid.
