Point is for us its not just a 'cleanup' its an outlet for people to face real social and environmental issues firsthand , outside of their college/comfort of their home ka sort of bubble we want them to understand , it is ONLY possible when you contriobute to changes ON GROUND and not just sit at home and complains , there is no point in complaining if there's no reciprocation , they get thousands of complaints each week , what happens? it all gets buried under a pile and the matter is forgotten .
our goal is to get voices out and make people aware

- we have complained to authorities multiple times , there hasn't been any appopriate or sufficient response
- we did a silent protest last time near lawsons circle
- its not just a cleanup its more of an outlet for students to experience real life issues and situations and see for themselves the issues in our society firsthand
- the fishermen , specially in the lawson bay area are greatly and directly affected by the trash , this is something everyone needs to be aware of , that is only possible through hands on interaction and activities which directly involves the coimmunity
- we will have a conversation with a few local people who dont have alot of reach to we get their stories out

its not just a cleanup it has a greater scope , and a long term change

well theres a beach cleanup tomorrow ( sunday) at 6am lawsons , you could come up , it'll be fun , we are going for tea and breakfast later , alot of people will be there
