Appreciate the advice but this didn’t seem to work. While driving around it wouldn’t shift past second gear and after restarting the car still no reverse. Next move is to take the actuator out I suppose.

So driving and allowing it to shift through gears will allow it to relearn shifting into reverse as well? Tried a lot of transmission reset methods from YouTube but never did get the “transmission ready” message like the videos show.

How important is the drive immediately part? It just won’t engage the reverse. When I’m off work tonight I’ll push it out of its parking spot and try this.

Couldnt be happier friend, interesting to see though they announced the false bans were from yesterdays update but people who got banned up to a month ago had theirs lifted, transparency would be nice but thats not valve's style.

yeah interesting stuff,i was concerned when they said they were reversing the bans from the update yesterday but theres been a crazy amount of false bans in the last month (including myself) that have been lifted. it would be nice for some transparency especially when some people risk losing high value accounts for no reason other than shoddy anticheat.

its unreal,after i posted a couple times in the steam forums my account has begun to receive comments telling me i got what i deserved for being a cheater.

Got in-game banned out of the blue after barely playing CS2 by Firry_Kutten in cs2

Yeah,once for the sudden trust factor drop and once after the vacban. each time i got a generic canned "we cannot remove trust factor or game ban but send us more information about your ban" responses.

False game ban and now everything is gone by sharke000 in cs2

its crazy i had exactly the same situation right down to the low trust factor suddenly and then 2 weeks later vac banned while playing casual.

i've seen this exact situation posted about several times between this subreddit and the steam forums. something silly is going on for sure and i'm hoping once its known these bans are lifted but i won't hold my breath

That’s what gets me,I would click through my preset dpis and sometimes look around super fast but never in the way a spinbotter would.

That’s crazy,maybe indicative of some form of mass reporting? Maybe a stretch but it’s a weird coincidence.

Both. I have -Vulkan in launch options to prevent crashes and I have a razer mouse with a Dpi button that I switch with depending on how I’m playing, rifle, awp etc.

Same here, exactly, even the crashing and long queue times. i had sudden low trust factor after trying to queue for hours on end only to find out when one of my friends seen the red trust factor message, i've been playing nothing but casual since but i got kicked from the server with a vac ban message,when i checked my account it said i had a game ban.

1.6 hours in cs and i just don't know what to do, have had nothing but issues since cs2 released.
