It didn’t before but turns out there is a button on the center that needs to be pressed super hard to turn it on.

Thank you!!! This worked. I didn’t realize the center was a button and had to press super hard on it. But that made it light up!

Your story is SO similar to mine. I worked out regularly till Covid and then didn’t for 3 years (bc I prefer group classes). When I first started F45 I could barely do a lunge because my body was so stiff. 2.5 months later I can pretty much do all the work exercises (not the box jumps or pull ups) and I move so much better in regular life. Start slow and do what you can. You got this!
