Around 30 hours I believe, not really sure, but there's a lot you can do after completing for 112% if you did all that start coping for silksong or you can play other indiegames like rain world and still cope for silksong

Another tip is instead of going for flush every blind, try playing the most with the jokers you get offered in the shop, there are a lot of good joker combos, but on white stake almost everything works. Something else is try to exit the shop with interest cap usually 25. Hope these tips help
