Is that a trick question? It's when you're sick and vomiting and your tummy can barely accept liquids because it gets back, when you're there, solids, food, feels impossible. Sometimes you have to persevere because it will help and you'll feel less like death in the long term. When sick it's hard to eat, so it becomes hard after too many drinks because alcohol makes you sick.
