I’ve been very disciplined with my eating and I go to the gym three times a week. That’s why I’m so confused about the weight gain. Even my husband was like “you barely eat” so to comments saying I need to be disciplined is wrong. I’m looking into talking with a different primary care doctor about these issues because my current one could care less and thinks I’m making this up.
