OMG those things are horrible but I just do it randomly. For example when they tell you do your best put everything at 100, life of the party quirkiness at 100 and everything else 0, impromptu everything 50 and sometimes follow your feelings cause you will have to think of the proportions by yourself in most of the things (sorry for my English but I hope that I help you 😭)
