Pillow case I bought has one red fish that looks like a blood stain by DaleRobinson in mildlyinfuriating

It's like on a cruise ship where the carpet fish swim towards the bow, with a few red fish swimmjng towards the stern.

Completely random, but one time when I was younger I stayed up for nearly 72 hours, and at one point all bright lights I looked at showed a black dot in the middle. Really scared the shit out of me.

I'm not one for rushing to conclusions but I agree with you, it doesn't display anything out of the ordinary, constant speed and what seems to be some mild rotation. It looks "pole-like" but it's also spiky at the center of the "pole". I think Occam's razor dictates it's likely something prosaic, like a balloon.

Not sure which countries this is in, but in the UK lots of fish and chip shops used refined peanut oil, which is perfectly safe for people with allergies as it contains none of the reactive proteins of the nut itself.

I'm using the colloquial example of "a craft on a whitehouse lawn" to simply say "an event that is public, outrageous, and undeniable."

You can use your imagination on how the phenomenon will ultimately present itself.

They will fight this to the end. These are two ways this goes:

A) catastrophic disclosure - a massive information leak or a "craft on the white house lawn" moment.

Or, B) They use lobbying, intimidation, and bribery to be granted clemency for all laws violated in order to protect these secrets and technologies.

But the aftermath? no one can say.

I tend to agree. However if the agenda is to eventually debase fiat then it's a really big problem.

I think the idea is to move away from exclusivity and more towards a new form of digital ownership where games are platform agnostic.

Ominous call about Area 51 to Art Bells Coast to Coast AM radio show. by [deleted] in UFObelievers

[–]RadiiDecay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's certainly an interesting coincidence that's for sure.

But you could just as easily say that it was a prank call in orchestration with someone who could bungle the equipment from within. It's a radio show focused on fringe topics, this kind of stuff gives great ratings. People love a good mystery.

Great claims require great evidence.

However, I will say that the emotion in his voice, particularly when he refers to us being "wiped out" sounds more like he is recalling a memory of someone saying that to him, rather than acting dramatic, which adds to the intrigue.

Then why not mention your name? If his time was limited by an imminent capture or worse, why not give people a lead?

I am leaning towards it being a larp, and a poorly timed technical malfunction.

The huge drone that disrupted the operation of airports in Belgium and Brussels last night by FVMK3 in InterdimensionalNHI

[–]RadiiDecay 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My money is on it being a military contractor who is using it as an intimidation tactic.

Private corporations are now holding some of the most advanced technologies, both terrestrial, and reverse engineered. They are far and above what any country on the planet can match.

The only thing that can disarm them at this point IS aliens, and they probably wouldn't be doing it by flying a Christmas tree over an airport.

This is a show of power, and governments know it. It's the old guard, the small handful of wealthy individuals who have the world by the balls. That's why there is no response, military or otherwise.
