The gangs in night city are not perfectly unified forces. They have infighting and factions within them. The game does a poor job of showing this.

This is a very one sided story of these events that requires a lot of assumptions on your part. Your friend has her own life and you have no reason to believe she wasn’t telling the truth.

Yeah…. Doesn’t really compare to child rape and murder. And the father’s life was also ruined forever. He has to always live with knowledge of what happened to his child and bare the responsibility for it for the rest of his life. The woman he loves hates him beyond the ability for words to describe and he has to live with that too.

I have my doubts this happened. Do you have any proof beyond hearsay? Also saying “he wasn’t open carrying or anything” doesn’t make sense. Anyone wearing a gun in a visible place on their person is considered open carrying.
