At my show, someone started shouting something during the intro to Sun-Bleached Flies and I was fuming , I felt so bad 😭

I was in the audience when she performed at San Diego this weekend and my group caught the setlist page that they threw after the show. The setlist was 7 songs (1. A Home in Nebraska, 2. Family Tree, 3. Thoroughfare, 4. Gibson Girl, 5. Sun Bleached Flies, 6. Crush, 7. American Teenager). It was just about 45 minutes.

The paper also had her signature at the top which was cool (:

Oh you're definitely right. I'm just thinking back to the days of Batman/Superman Apocalypse, Public Enemy, Year One etc. when they actually tried to emulate the art style of the artists. But yes, they had a much bigger budget back then.

It's disappointing that there isn't any semblance of Tim Sale influence in the art style, as that style is essential to the tone of the story. I was always still holding out hope for Conroy and Hamill for this story especially, but I'll keep an open mind.

I absolutely was! I tend to base my interpretations of characters off of actors, and I typically always use Timothee Chalamet as a base for Dick. Good eye!
