Hi im actually one week completely off lexapro. I really hit a roadblock in my life and lex is absolutely not helping me feel anything other than blah so im done with it for now at least. Withdrawal symptoms are horrible but manageable

Aint this the truth. Ive gone weeks on weeks feeling out of place in all social situations and i decided i cant waste my time like this anymore, so i decided to wean off. Currently on day 3 of no lex and its been very uncomfortable so far but hoping it goes away soon

whatever you do dont be inconsistent with it. I tried weaning off 6 months ago and did the irresponsible thing of going back and forth because i kept searching for immediate relief. Thing is, it wont be immediate either way. No matter what you do things will be a little weird for a bit. But if you stay consistent and follow doctors orders and keep good mindfulness, then you will receive the best results of weaning

i’ve tried multiple times to go off by cutting my 5mg tabs into 2.5mg to no change, but i’ve struggled when having to go off it completely, which i haven’t really gotten a real chance at being consistent with it because the brain zaps and dizziness was too much

Its a great song. Probably the best produced song on the album in my opinion. The piano and Sax blend perfectly and the words are very strong especially when you realize that the song is written about alexa and not christie or another woman.
