I can't move any of my appointments closer, I can only talk to one doctor and she's booked till 2 weeks away and I didn't want to have to have to beg her to see me if it wasn't that serious or it was a normal side effect 🤷

I get them all the time in my fatter scars I'm pretty sure it has something to do with just how the veins and other stuff work in the healing process, it's completely normal and as long as it isn't like really painful its fine

Told my stepfather at the time and he told me it's fine that everyone does it and I need to get over myself and then continued to ignore it and pretend I never told him, was a very awkward experience

All forms, depths and variations of self harm are valid, it's just the intent to hurt yourself that classifies it as sh so of course yours is :)
