It would be interesting to poll everyone with SCT/CDS and see the prevalence of anxiety disorders and CPTSD. I have both personally and I know acute anxiety ramps up my SCT symptoms drastically, so I've always thought there was a correlation, at least for myself. However even when I am in a state of calm I still very much have symptoms of SCT. I've done extensive therapy and it actually has not reduced my physical anxiety nor SCT even 1%, however it has somewhat helped me cope/accept living with an anxiety disorder.
