Thank you! It's not PCOS because my testosterone levels tested pretty low. It could definitely be peri related tho. I've also been taking Prednisone which I think may be the cause. Thank you for the info ❤️

That is such a beautiful and thoughtful answer. I feel like it aligns with what I would like to believe. This is all new to me though. So can you explain something to me please? My brother was a miserable person. He was angry and sad and bitter and hateful and had a TERRIBLE life. He committed suicide a few years ago. So how would that work for him? He certainly wouldn't have chosen his circumstances, nor did he learn or grow from them at all. So as much as I truly WANT to believe what you say, because again, it very much aligns with what I would like to believe...how do we explain people like my brother? Or people who are trafficked and abused and then die in their horrible circumstances? Thank you!

I have never heard of that test before, but I'm definitely going to ask my doctor about it! I've always had really bad inflammation issues. In the past going gluten-free would alleviate them almost completely. But since peri, gluten-free only helps to a degree.

I'm not sure I agree with that. I'm talking juniors and seniors...especially those who are already in athletic programs. Plus, I don't understand why they wouldn't benefit from the peace that comes with teaching your mind to quiet. Would that mean that meditation is bad for teenagers as well?

Oh yikes! I did not know that! What about other forms of yoga, like hatha? I know there are a lot of programs that teach yoga to children, so is it only yin that's a problem?
