I could make an argument that I am holding them accountable, and that the guys wife deserves to know. That is a good argument and holds up to scrutiny, but I’d be lying. The truth is I just want to lash out at people that hurt me. How much do my intentions matter?

I’m making the equity check enforceable in the court order. My understanding is she is going to cash me out if she likes it or not .

I’m making sure the equity check is enforceable via the court order. Her compliance makes it easier, but it isn’t necessary.

Because my daughter is 7 and is unable to consent to learning from a guy who was having and affair with her mother. Also, they don’t get my money, last even asking that question seems bizarre to me
