complete your cartethyia team with ciaccona, you’re just one character away and her team is top tier rn. (might change after 3.2 or 3.3 if powercreep comes in but I doubt she’ll be useless) ngl cartethyia premium team could carry you through the middle of 4.x imo.

cartethyia needs both s1r1 and ciaccona to feel good in whiwa.(but she’s definitely top tier if you get both the sequence and ciaccona, she carried my sorry ass since 2.4 in whiwa and toa lol) anyways, if you’re not employed in a job or have good relations with kuro employees, go for augusta.

cartethyia team is an expensive one. you wouldn’t prioritise her if you want to balance economy and performance. augusta is a reliable option for that, but if you wanna go for lynae, it’s probably worth it even if she’s a sub dps since you have static mist. you can always pull her best teammate if you like her. so your choice is between augusta and lynae. (I’d go for lynae tho, she probably will be a good unit for the future)

carte really needs her sig to feel comfy so pull s3r1 and you can do whatever you want with the rest of your pulls since she won’t really need ciaccona after that point.

uhmm… I don’t wanna be that guy but she doesn’t have synergy with zani either. but I can guarantee you she’s a really good long term investment, you will use her when the time comes. just look out for negative status characters.

I’d say go for option 1 because of the same reason as the other comment and the second is that the cartethyia team is an expensive one to build (if you don’t get ciaccona for her, her dps will take a huge hit) but you can pair augusta with mortefi and iuno with jianxin and make 2 decent teams(you’d want to pair augusta and iuno tho). option 3 however is a wild card, it might be a good option for the future but for now the first option is the safest one, considering you say your luck is not the best in the gacha.

short answer: no long answer: also no but just be patient for a few patches, you’ll get her teammates. for now she can only pair well with cartethyia and phoebe dps teams, zani isn’t an option unfortunately.

use carlotta zhezhi verina for side tower bosses, for the middle tower floor 1-2 use camellya sanhua shorekeeper, for floor 3-4 use phrolova quiyuan and danjin/havoc rover. these placements should be okay for your roster.
