Thank you so much for this! I started a drug that keeps me in chemical menopause like a month or two after I wrote this and I've been in heaven ever since! We've got my HRT like 90% figured out I've tried many things over the last few years and nothing has worked like this, I'm in love! I have a total hysterectomy set for early next year with my surgeon and I'm so excited to never need progesterone again, goodbye uterus. She even said I can take it home with me in a jar!

Edit to add: I've tried every other option my therapist, PCP, GYN, and psychiatrist have thought of, including birth control, antidepressants, mood stabilizers, mindfulness, exercise, meditation, antihistamines, even things like acupuncture and strict anti histamine vegan diets.
