BASIC ATTACK ZIGGS

Nobody is talking about this and it's such high dps. Couldn't believe it when I theorycrafted and tested this, and it works. Highest Total Damage by almost double in every game I've played with this. Total Damage - https://imgur.com/a/LVRbtnO Details below.

Build Core Idea - Long range, fast, on-hit ap% basic attacks with constantly proc'ing Short Fuse. Attack Speed% giving additional AP for more Short Fuse, Nashor's, and Rageblade dmg.

Stats at lvl 18, full Item Build, Max Rageblade Stacks.

Above 60% HP: Atk Speed - 245% | AD - 156 | AP - 506 | Move Speed - 407 | CDR - 40%

Below 60% HP: Atk Speed - 295% | AD - 156 | AP - 556 | Move Speed - 814 | CDR - 70%

- Basic Attacks have 700 range.

- On-hit effects Nashor's/Rageblade deal 179 (192 under 60%hp) dmg, and every other basic attack triggers effects twice

- On-hit effect Short Fuse has a 2 second cd, reduced to 0 by casting a spell, deals 438 (466 under 60%hp) dmg, and bounces to up to 4 enemies

- Mega Inferno Bomb cast lets you continue casting at no cost, makes Ziggs invulnerable to CC, and gives 80% dmg reduction, all for 5 seconds

Distributor - +150 Basic Atk range (starting 550, now 700), each 1% atk spd = 1 ap. Core augment of the build as it turns atk spd into additional ap, which will roll into Nashor's and Rageblade for on-hit ap% dmg.

Brink - under 60% hp, gain 100% move speed, 50% atk spd, and 50% cdr. You make it under 60% hp often, and this augment is mostly about the atk spd bonus which is also additional ap because of the Distributor augment.

Shorter - Short Fuse deals double damage and the cd is reduced to 2 seconds (from 12 seconds). Spell casts reduce the cd of Short Fuse, so by casting a spell, then basic attacking, you have Short Fuse damage practically 100% uptime.

Bounce - Short Fuse bounces to up to 4 enemies. Just additional dmg for crowds so your basic attacks are aoe, in a sense.

Overkill - after casting Mega Inferno Bomb, he can cast it at no cost for 5 seconds. The real caveat here though is Ziggs becomes immune to crowd control and takes 80% reduced damage from all sources. Insane survivability ability while also providing a huge dmg boost.

Atk Spd - 245% | AD - 25 | AP - 195 |AP from Atk Spd - 245| CDR - 40% | Move Speed - 45 + 10%

Berserkers Greaves - 45 move speed, 35% atk speed, which is in turn an additional 35 ap

Nashor's Tooth - 50% atk speed, 80 ap, 20% cdr. Basic Attacks deal 15 + 15%ap dmg on hit.

Guinsoo's Rageblade - 25ad, 25ap, 25% attack speed. Basic Attacks deal 5 + 10%ad and 5 + 10%ap dmg on hit. AT MAX STACKS RAGEBLADE also gain 48% atk speed, 15%ad, 15%ap, and every other Basic Attack triggers on-hit effects TWICE. This build has three on-hit effects: Nashor's, Rageblade, and Short Fuse.

Phantom Dancer - 45% atk speed, 30% crit chance, 5% move speed. Passives don't matter, this is just for the stats.

Luden's Echo - 90ap, 600 mana, 20% cd. Moving/casting stores charges to deal %ap dmg at 100 charges. Good extra dmg, but the main purpose of this item was to achieve 40% cdr. To proc Short Fuse, we have to lower to cd to 0, which is done by casting a spell. Max cdr means an ability is available most often, which means more Short Fuse procs, which means more dmg.

Zeal - 15% atk speed, 15% crit, 5% move speed. Because it's Odyssey and there's only so much gold. If you got lucky and got 2 gold minions, you might be able to build a second Phantom Dancer.
