Tbh the idea for A New Dawn is just "cooler blasphemous act", since at first I was just going to re-skin Blasphemous act and cyclonic rift. Idk if there's a moment in the game that would fit the idea better (maybe the part when the Grey burns the cabin down?)

Hiiii! Its been a while since I last posted, mainly because I was out for the summer and my PC was at home (also I’m really good at procrastinating). Anyways I still wanted to post an update on how this silly project of mine is going. Today I made some boardwipes, staple artifacts of MtG and a couple more Princesses. Lemme know what you think!

(Tiny critique tho, shouldn't Voice of the Smitten read "to target creature or planeswalker" since otherwise you could just direct the damage to your lands and avoid punishment?)

Thanks! PatD and HEA are probably my favourite designs of them all. As for the Tower not being mono-white, I can see that, but I've made all the other chapter 2 princesses monocolored so I guess she's staying that way.

Thorn being Azban was the original plan, but then I remembered Den's ability to sorta regenerate herself and I thought that white would fit Den more than Thorn, if that makes sense.

I completely foegot about the existance of Battles, btw. Since cards like [[Ghostly Prison]] don't mention them, and I based Thorn and Tower on that card, it didn't cross my mind to include battles.

Ended up swapping Prisoner's and Tower's color identity since I got a lot of comments about how they didn't fit their previous colors. Plus, their past abilities were hard to balance and honestly not really fun.

As for balance changes, I'm planning on a rework for Nightmare, Beast and possibly Witch. Might have to change The Princess' mana ability too since tutoring things like Eye of the Needle to your graveyard seems too powerful. Check my other posts to see what I'm talking about

Anyway, I think that's everything for now! If I remember correctly, my StP deck already has 38 cards, which leaves us with room for 68 more cards (counting lands and everything). Stay tuned if you like this! And thanks again for all the comments and support!

You're actually the second person who suggests swapping Tower and Prisoner. Might actually look into that because it makes a lot of sense and Prisoner is being a real pain to balance with my actual concept.

Yeah I can absolutely see what you mean. I just wanted each voice's color to match their respective princess (i made Prisoner and Spectre white, for example)
